Designing with Empathy, Structure, and Intent

Designing with Empathy, Structure, and Intent

My path into UX started in health and fitness—guiding people through long-term behavior change as a coach and trainer. That work taught me how to listen deeply, make complex systems feel manageable, and design experiences that meet people where they are. Now, as a UX/UI designer, I bring those same values into digital spaces: clarity, compassion, and thoughtful design. Whether I’m working on mobile apps or internal tools, I aim to create experiences that feel intuitive, grounded in real needs, and respectful of the people using them.

Focused, Flexible, and Always Learning

Focused, Flexible, and Always Learning

I’ve worn a lot of hats—trainer, educator, business owner, mom, and designer—and each one has shaped how I collaborate and solve problems. I work best when there’s a clear goal, space for curiosity, and a team that values open communication. I’m especially energized by roles that ask me to think critically, iterate quickly, and bridge different perspectives. I don’t claim to have all the answers, but I do bring a calm, thoughtful approach and a commitment to doing work that feels purposeful.

Beyond the Screen

When I’m not wireframing or running design critiques, you’ll find me DJing family dance parties, crafting sustainable meal plans, or exploring underwater ecosystems via scuba or freediving. I love games like Diablo IV for their strategic flow and deep user journeys—they’ve actually helped me think about design systems and engagement loops. Whether I’m curating music, balancing macros, or sketching UI patterns, I’m always designing for experience. I believe great design doesn’t just look good—it feels right, supports real-life needs, and invites people to engage meaningfully.
